Consumer Problems

Consumer problems may arise when you purchase something or a service has been provided to you and it is either not what you ordered or is not of a reasonable standard.

Fortunately, the law provides safeguards for consumers.  There are rights and courses of action that can be pursued if you have not received the quality of goods and services that you expect.

Brar & Co offers a range of services for consumer disputes and can provide practical advice on the best options available.

Brar & Co will be able to help if you have purchased any of the following and the seller refuses to give you a refund:

· items which are not of satisfactory quality
· items which are not as described
· items which are not fit for the purpose for which they are intended

Or if you have:

· purchased goods by mail order or on the Internet and they have not arrived
· employed builders or other tradesmen who provide unsatisfactory services or have not finished the work
· gone on holiday and it is not as described in the brochure or was ruined in some other way

When contacting Brar & Co about consumer problems, please ask for Denise Gerrard.
