As a busy immigration department we have vast knowledge and experience on making and progressing an asylum application or an application under the European Convention/Human Rights Act. We are holders of a LSC Unified Contract and have been awared with Category 1 status by the Legal Services Commission for the last 6 years and our Immigration team are Accredited to the highest standard by the regulatory body thereby allowing us to offer free legal advice to those eligible.

- Proceedings before the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal in relation to first stage and reconsideration asylum & human rights appeals.
